Equal parts dance, Pilates and Yoga, BootyBarre is a fun, interactive, low-impact workout that helps to define and tone the body while incorporating cardiovascular and strength components.  Since its development in 2008 by celebrity trainer, Tracey Mallet, BootyBarre has become a worldwide phenomenon with thousands of classes in over 25 countries and counting.

Whether a former dancer, a fitness enthusiast or simply a curious newbie, our instructors look forward to encouraging and challenging you through a workout that is adjusted to your level while helping you build the stamina and strength to move to the next and beyond.

If you have no Pilates experience, but wish to participate in BootyBarre classes, an initial consultation will be required. This is to help you get the most out of the class, and to stay safe.
