OK, I feel like a dork saying this, but lately, I’ve been leaving work with the biggest smile on my face. Not because I’m leaving work, but because I’ve had such a great time working. After months of settling into the studio, finally I feel like I have gotten into a flow of how I’m teaching in my own space. I feel very comfortable here; it’s where I’m meant to be.
Being that I am a terrible runner (honestly, I am so slow), I have never experienced that runner’s high they speak of, but I am definitely getting a post-Booty Barre one. It is a great pleasure to watch my clients’ master their movements and to feel the happy energy that this class, my clients, and myself all create together.
This long weekend will mark a year (to the date) that I first saw the space that my studio was to eventually be in. Thinking of that first glimpse of the space to where I am now leaves me truly grateful.
I want to thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support (especially you, Dad) and I fully encourage everyone to run with their heart, takes risks and enjoy life.
