Baby BootyBarre

Baby Bootybarre is a program specifically designed to exercise safely during the pre and postnatal stages of pregnancy, by supporting the body and baby. We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well-structured class that can be modified for any fitness level.

We all know that a mothers time is precious. So at JMP, we are more than happy for the bubbas to attend the class. It is a great time to bond with your baby, as well as other mothers.
